Theory Courses
Theoritical trainings for employees can range from a wide range of trainings, for example, training on how to have effective communication with people, residents, clients, etcs. This training is more focused on client-relationship but can be applied elsewhere in the workplace. Another exampel of another training is how to have an approach on cleaning. This is more to standardised our standards of cleaning and make it more effective and efficient.
Practical Courses
In terms of Practical courses, Employees will be training under WSH workplace safety and will be briefed and taught of workplace safety procedures which will inform employees the dangers and issues/faults one may face in the workplace while working as we all prefer to be safe and sound while working. This will include the do’s and dont’s of certain items or areas on worksites as there will be many and will help employees to be more mindful of the surrounding
